You may come in thinking the problem is your relationship, your career, your confidence, or a decision you can’t seem to make. But once we start looking at how those things connect, a bigger picture begins to emerge.
That’s why we begin with a Breakthrough Session.
A Breakthrough Session is an intensive, usually two-day process.
We get clear on what’s really going on, identify the deeper pattern underneath it, and release the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that have been holding it in place.
After your Breakthrough Session, we continue with 1:1 coaching. We’ve cleared away what’s been holding you back, and now we’re building what comes next.
We get clear on what you want, make sure your values support it, take purposeful action, and stay focused on where you’re going.
I also practice Sidereal Astrology. A birth chart can show themes and patterns from a different angle and can offer another way to understand what’s happening in your life.
You can have a Sidereal Astrology reading on its own, or use astrology alongside coaching. You don’t need astrology to work with me as a coaching client.
