Coaching and Breakthrough Sessions

 

 

The reason why people decide to work with a life coach is because there’s some area of life that’s just not working the way you want it to, and you’re ready to reach out and get some help.

​

​Whether that area is career, relationship, spirituality, or something else, it’s an area you’re unhappy with.

 

​There’s worry and anxiety and overwhelm that keeps us up at night.  If you could have figured a way out, you would have by now. But there’s still something that’s in the way.

Negative emotions cloud our perception and prevent us from seeing options and opportunities that are right in front of us.  They confuse us and limit our thinking.

 

  • Maybe there’s a business you want to build, but you think you don’t know how and you’re afraid to start

 

  • Or a relationship you want to be in, but you’re not sure you really deserve

 

 

  • Or maybe it’s closer to home and there’s this pervasive feeling that something’s just not right,    but you can’t quite say what it is

 

Remember falling off your bike as a little kid and hurting your knee?  That’s how your body got your attention and told you, “Look here. Fix this part.”   

 

Here’s the good news:  Negative emotions are still your body’s way of getting your attention and telling you where to look and what to deal with. 

 

And the fact that a person is having these feelings at all means that now they’re ready to handle whatever is the underlying issue.

 

If you feel like you're stuck in a pattern of repeating cycles and dealing with the same issues over and over, it’s time to get to the bottom of things and be done with it.  

 

All that baggage, those old emotional patterns have served their purpose and gotten your attention, and now it’s time to let them go. 

 

We do this during what’s called a breakthrough session. 

 

We’ll get down to the root cause of exactly why that particular area is not working for you, and I guarantee we will release all of the underlying negative emotions.

 

Instead of feeling angry over how finances are, instead of experiencing fear to start that business, instead of holding onto sadness about a relationship, you can release all that so you can finally think clearly and trust yourself to take charge and set your own clear outcomes.

On the front side of a breakthrough session, most people know a lot more about what they don’t want and not a lot about what they do want.  They just know what’s the matter, what the problems are. 

​

You want to be on the other side of a breakthrough session -- the side where you know exactly who you’re meant to be, what you’re meant to do, and what you deserve to have. 

​

This other side is where real coaching begins and you become crystal clear on your values -- what’s important to you, what works for you, and what doesn’t., who is it that you really want to be, and what is it that you want to do.

Here's the Process

What exactly is a Breakthrough Session?

A Breakthrough Session occurs over two consecutive days when

we work together 1:1.  Yes, it can be intense. 

 

There is a specific process that we'll follow, and it's already been successful with hundreds of people.  

 

The purpose of a BTS is to uncover the root cause of what's been the problem so you can let go of all of the underlying emotions and limiting beliefs once and for all.  

I'll be asking you a lot of very specific questions.  I'll be watching for certain strategies, listening for your language patterns, and getting a feel for how you construct your reality.

I'm also giving you a chance to say what you want to say one last time. 

 

After Day 1 you won't ever be telling those old stories again because

after Day 2 those stories won't matter anymore.  â€‹â€‹

 

On Day 1 we bring up all the old baggage.​

On Day 2 we release it.​

We follow through with coaching.  â€‹

 

When I say you will completely release negative emotions (anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt), I'm not saying you will never feel those emotions again.  I am saying that if you do experience those in the future, they will be approproate for what's going on in the moment.  There will be no baggage attached.   There are times when it is appropriate to experience anger or sadness, and those feelings will be commensurate to the situation at hand.  â€‹
